DHT is an anti-fatigue compound produced by the adrenal cortex and other tissues and this is the steroid that has always been used in the treatment of athletes suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and those suffering from other chronic physical conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis. However, more research is needed to understand its benefits in treating a range of chronic conditions. Unlike other steroid steroids, DHT is not able to be produced by muscle tissue in the body. Instead, DHT is produced by the liver. Because it is produced by the liver and takes several weeks to be converted to its active form, there is little reason why you should avoid using DHT in the treatment of any chronic condition. There is only one problem with DHT that you may have noticed, which is that, although it has a relatively rapid half-life, it is quite volatile. This means that while you may occasionally have very low levels in the bloodstream, high concentrations are usually produced in a matter of days and you may see very high levels of DHT in the blood in a very short time. This volatility does not only impact the use of DHT for its anti-fatigue properties but also has a tendency to increase the risk of having your blood pressure elevated. The most commonly occurring situation involves recreational users and may occur at any time in a recreational user's life.
